I sometimes make it to a yoga class in Seward, held at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. Mary, the instructor, is quite good, and I always enjoy the class a lot. It doesn't work with my schedule to go but once a week for most of the year. January, however, is a month when I can attend both meeting times. I will make the effort to go!
Last week I found an ap for iPad called "Simply Yoga" and I have tried it twice. I think the instruction is good, and I even receive a daily reminder to practice. When I did the tree pose this morning I was pretty wobbly. The ap told me that the tree pose will sharpen my mental focus--I was just hoping that it improves my balance.
